The Bakkavor Development and Succession (DAS) process is focused on developing our people to meet their full potential, and we track individual employees ready to be promoted immediately as well as those ready for a move in the next 12 months. In 2012 we introduced Functional Talent Pipelines to help us measure the strength of each function today and its potential for the future. These initiatives help us promote from within wherever possible.
